EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made of this 2nd of January 2022, (the
“Effective Date”) by and between Efren Delmonte (“Employee”), located at , Barangay San
pascual, Sta. Rita, Samar and Ronald Allan B. Caballes (“Employer”), located at Barangay
Naga- naga, Palo, Leyte, (each, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”) . The Parties agree and
covenant to be bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement as follows:

1. Employment. The Employer shall employ Employee as the Driver/field assistant on a


full- time basis under this Agreement. In this capacity, the Employee shall have the
following duties and undertake the following responsibilities:
 Employee is expected to be present from Monday (8:00am – 5:00pm) Saturday 8:00am
– 11:30am). No transactions will be done outside work schedule.
 Employee shall give notice of absence beforehand to avoid inconvenience.
 15 days absents in a year is equivalent to 15 days’ vacation fee deduction.
 Employee is expected to execute his/her duty well without engaging personal
hindrance.
 Employee is expected to do his/her job in aligned to what they applied for.
 Employee is responsible and liable to any damages and losses the business may acquire.
2. Performance of Duties. Employee shall perform assigned duties and responsibilities
well in a professional manner, in good faith, and to the best of Employee’s skills,
abilities, talents, and experiences.
3. Term. Employee’s employment shall begin on January 2, 2022 and be for an unspecified
term on an “at will” basis. Employee shall agree to the following:
 If the Employee wants to resign from position, there will be an allowance of ten
days (10) prior issuing the resignation letter.
 The employer has the right to terminate the contract if the employee commits a
major offense. Major offense may include (fight against co-workers, losses of
remittances or income, loss of office supplies and equipment, absences without
notice)

4. Compensation.
a) Base pay. As compensation for the services provided by Employee under this
Agreement, the Employer will pay three hundred pesos (300) per day, and will
base per day depending on the amount agreed of both Employer and Employee.
Cash advance is only on Wednesdays, thrice a month.
b) Additional Compensation. Any additional compensation or bonuses paid to
Employee shall be paid at the sole discretion of Employer.
c) Uniform expenses. Employer will provide four uniforms for employee and will be
deducted to the salary.
d) A double pay will be given to the employee if the company will need him/her
during his day off.
5. Work Location. The Employee shall work at his/her designated work location depending
on the Employer.

This is a one-year contract with a total of one-month vacation leave. Employees under this agreement is
liable to any anomalies executed by them, and if proven guilty, Employer will file case charges aligned to
their committed crime, and will automatically lead to termination of Agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties, intending to be legally bound, have each executed the “Agreement”
as of the “Effective Date”.
