1) Machine and Problems

Model S/No Hour Description Action
R320LC-7 1927 3500 P1 Pump was broken Replaced the P1 Pump
completely assy’

2) The broken parts

- Piston shoes
- Piston retainer
- Pistons are stuck
3) The suspected Reason broken

If a piston is stuck inside the Cylinder block, the piston retainer

cannot draw the piston which is stuck and the the piston retainer
should be broken and then it cannot arrange piston shoe’s position

※ Suction Stroke
- A piston should be drew by the
piston retainer for oil suction into
piston
4) Measures to avoid similar problem

(1) The reason why the piston is stuck

- Lack of lubrication
- Small materials of Contaminated Hyd’ oil

(2) Remedy
Reason Remedy
Lack of lubrication 1. The temperature is so high
- Oil Cooler should be cleaned
2. Confirm the specification of Hyd’ Oil
- for extremely hot Area
Small materials of Oil 1. Replaced hyd’ filer on time regularly
Contamination 2. Replaced hyd’ Oil on time
