Movie Review: "The Day after Tomorrow"

“If we don't change something, our children will pay the price” this simple message says it all.
Creating a step is important because no man on Earth could stop the weather from changing. I believe
the moral of the story is that we must address the issue before it becomes a problem.

The Day After Tomorrow, a tribute to the cataclysmic finale of global warming, is a classic
disaster film with cutting-edge spectacular effects. It's silly and ridiculous, yet the disaster sequences are
well-crafted, and some of the formulaic action sequences produce tension. Climate change has an
impact on human health and well-being by increasing the frequency of extreme weather events and
fires, reducing air quality, and spreading diseases through insects, food, and water. Climate disruptions
to agriculture have been increasing and are expected to worsen over the next century, undermining the
security of America's food supply. Surface and groundwater supplies are already stressed in some
locations, and water quality is deteriorating in others, owing in part to rising sediment and pollutant
concentrations after severe rains.

To prevent climate change we should use our voices to influence others to take actions to the
current issues in our environment. Make recycling and reusing a habit. Instead of throwing things away,
learn how to properly reuse them. To minimise the chance of things getting worse, we need to mitigate
climate change. It is not enough to act. We must act now.
