Q: Read the resource on receiving feedback and summarize the tips

in the form of a paragraph. Which of those tips do you practice
already and which tips would you like to practice?

To improve our performance and our ability to present ourselves, we need to get feedback from
as many people as possible. It doesn't have to be related to just one aspect of our personality, but
we can also ask the interviewer to highlight what we want to know, things that we have done
better, and some that we need to improve. We should not limit our opinion to mere comments.
Instead, we should collect as many opinions as possible. It will be very useful for us to govern
and learn more about our areas of growth. Before responding to comments, we need to listen and
understand what the other person is trying to say. There is nothing wrong with delaying
responding to your comments. You can take enough time to build your ideas, present them, and
work on them. It is hard work so we have to thank the person for sure.

Speaking of myself, I think I am implementing the points of asking for feedback and thanking
the person for their efforts. However, I do not ask for multiple reviews and I do not respond on
time. I will want to add these tips to my personality so that I can improve myself professionally
and showcase the best of myself.
