OBJECTIVE FOR PROPOSING Oil gun scavenging time is very less and sequence timer
THE CHANGE can be reduced for quick availability of oil gun.

PROPOSED REVISED SCHEME

(Revised Doc. No.) To set the scavenging valve timer to 60 S & sequence timer
to 120 S.

ESTIMATED COST & BENEFIT Cost of implementation – NIL

ANALYSIS Advantages-
1. Reduction in chocking of oil guns.
2. Reduction in frequency of cleaning of oil guns.
3. Better oil gun efficiency.
4. Oil saving if trial period is done monthly based on reliability.
