Introduction

This document establishes the procedure to carry out all testing and commissioning activities for SEACS “LENTA”
system. This document presents the specific software settings that needs to be carried out before start the testing
procedures of the SEACS.

Preliminary procedures include all actions needed to upload any access identifiers from third-party ticketing system.
These are:

 Establishing server connection with SEACS server;

 Setting up of access zones for an external ticketing system;

 Event creating of an external ticketing system;

 Tickets (access identifiers) download process.

1. Server connection
Start the LentaSEACS.exe application by double-clicking on its shortcut. In the window that opens, click the
Server button.

Fill in the fields in accordance with the data provided by the installer of the system.

Press the «Ок» button


The main window of the system should open.

Checking connection to the server is completed.

2. Access zones setting up of an external system.


Select item «External systems access zones» in the menu «Configuration»

For an external system «Local System» with the help of button «Create» create the necessary access zones.

For each access zone using the tab «All gates», assign a checkpoint through which passage to the selected zone is
possible.

Setting up access zones of an external system is carried out.

3. Event creating of an external system.


Select item «External systems» in the menu «Configuration»

In the window that opens, for the external system «Local System» go to the context menu «Data set».

In the window that opens, on the «Input data» tab, using the «Create» button, create an event for loading
identifiers into it.

In the window that opens, set the Name, start and end time of the event, time intervals in minutes for which
passage through the turnstiles is possible before and after the start of the event.

The created event will appear.

4. Identifiers’ download
Choosing the necessary event, call the window for importing tickets through the «Import tickets» context menu

Select necessary file (a separate file must be created for each access zone). In the file, each line is an identifier in
EAN13 format.

Confirm the upload of tickets to the selected event

Select the access zone into which identifiers are loaded and the type of loading

In case of successful import, the value of the «Tickets sent» field will increase by the number of identifiers loaded
from the file

On the tab «External system tickets» you can check the status and access zone for each loaded identifier

Identifier upload is done.

5. An anti-passback mode (Antipassback) check.


To disable the Antipassback mode on the selected turnstile, open the access control equipment settings window

Go to the “Passages” tab and on the left side of the screen select the access zone in which the turnstile is located,
for which you need to disable the Antipassback mode (for example, 02 Zona-2E Hospitality), then select the desired
turnstile in the right window (for example, turnstile 77274).

After that, at the bottom of the window go to the tab “Without direction” and select the program “Tickets”

Then uncheck the check-box "Ticket usage control" and "Exit. Ticket usage control ".

Changes take effect immediately.

To check the disabling of the Antipassback mode, make a multiple pass through the turnstile, for which the
Antipassback mode was disabled by the valid identifier (the result is PASS ALLOWED). If you try to access the same
identifier through another turnstile, the result is ACCESS DENIED.

To enable the Antipassback mode on the selected turnstile, again check the check-boxes, mentioned in the previous
paragraph

To check an enabling of the Antipassback mode, make a multiple pass through the turnstile for which the
Antipassback mode was enabled by the valid identifier (the result of the repeated passage is ACCESS DENIED).

6. Checking the operation of SEACS.


Print or generate imported identifiers using the barcode generator program.
Pass through the turnstiles:
6.1 Pass before the start of the event by valid identifier (the result is ACCESS DENIED);
6.2 Pass by invalid identifier (the result is ACCESS DENIED);
6.3 Pass after the starting of the event by an invalid identifier (the result is ACCESS DENIED);
6.4 Pass after the starting of the event by valid identifier (the result is PASS ALLOWED);
6.5 Re-pass by valid identifier (the result is ACCESS DENIED);
6.6 Pass after the start of the event by valid identifier to the «alien» access zone (the result is ACCESS
DENIED);
6.7 Check enable / disable an anti-passback mode (Antipassback). The re-entry prohibition mode is
turned on and off at each turnstile or gate.
6.7.1 To check the disabling of the Antipassback mode, make a multiple pass through the
turnstile, for which the Antipassback mode was disabled by the valid identifier (the result
is PASS ALLOWED). If you try to access the same identifier through another turnstile, the
result is ACCESS DENIED.
6.7.2 To check an enabling of the Antipassback mode, make a multiple pass through the
turnstile for which the Antipassback mode was enabled by the valid identifier (the result
of the repeated passage is ACCESS DENIED).
