14g Agave syrup 25g Cacao Barry™ Whole Caramelised Pistachios
Prepare the different fruit juices with a fruit centrifuge juicer. Bring half of the hazelnut milk to a boil with the salt, agave syrup
and scraped-out vanilla bean and pour over the Cacao Barry™ Evocao™ WholeFruit Chocolate, Cacao Barry™ Cocoa Powder
Extra Brute and Cacao Barry™ Pure Paste 100% Hazelnuts. Mix with an immersion blender until a smooth emulsion is obtained.
Add the other half of the hazelnut milk and the juices while mixing. Pour the drink in the desired bottle, screw on the cap and
preserve in the fridge until needed.

Mix the oats together with the agave syrup and roast them in the oven at 165°c for 15 minutes, mixing from time to time. When cooled
down mix the caramelized oats together with the dried fruits. Mix together the egg whites, honey, flour, baking powder and salt and fold
this under the oats and dried fruits. Place in the fridge to rest for two hours.
After two hours, fold in the chopped chocolate and pistachios and cocoa nibs. Cast the mixture in a silicone mold and bake at 170°c for
15 minutes. Leave to cool down before unmolding. When cooled down you can dip the bottom of the bar in tempered Cacao Barry™
