By working on different, two designs (Architectural – Structural) which’s must finished on two different

software, AutocCad are the main application for the architecture plans and all the details of structures
plans, but the ETABS is the application used in all structural design.

Architectural design

Trying to use most of spaces, covering, meeting the needs and demands, to create living spaces, using
certain tools, the plan was consisting of 900 m² (30m X 30m) and landscape for the green area and
parking with 450 m².
For the interior design, the main target was to specify the largest number possible of shops with the
consideration of allow different areas to allow rent it for all-purposes.
Every floor has 16 shops with spaces between 20 to 23 m² and two big shops in the middle of the floor
with 25 m² for each.
Structural design:

By consider the Turkish code (TS500) the main stander in designing of all materials (steel – concrete),
the concept of structural plan defined in this figure.

By calculating all the different dead loads for every element and live load, also related to the code that
must define the earthquake parameters.

The materials used in the design which’s specifies by the code, for the concrete used C20 – C25 – C30,
and for the steel used S420.
The design on software checked all the frames elements and materials properties used in it.
