CONSTRUCTION

• Degree of Protection :IP 4X

• Panel Location :Indoor
• Panel shall be free standing, floor mounted, Single front.
• Panel shall be made of sheet steel of following thickness :
• Side, Door, Top & Back : 1.6mm CRCA
• Gland Plates : 1mm HRCA
• Mounting plates : 2.5mm CRCA
• Cable Entry : Bottom
PAINTING
All sheet metal components will undergo the following treatments before Painting (or) Powder
coating
• Degreasing
• Pickling
• Phosphating
• Passivating
COLOUR

• Exterior & Interior : Siemens Grey RAL 7032

• Base Frame : Black
BUS BARS

• Horizontal and vertical main bus bars shall be good quality of Aluminum
• The bus bar shall be provided with heat shrinkable sleeves.
• Main bus bars and riser supports shall be FRP/SMC/DMC.
• The horizontal and vertical bus clearance
• Phase to Phase : 25mm
• Phase to Neutral :20mm
WIRING

• Control wiring will be with 1100V grade 1.52mm. Copper Multi-stand wire.
• Power wiring will be with 1100V grade PVC insulated copper conductor cables .
• Control terminal will be Ring Type.
• Power terminal will be Stud type.
• Lugs used will be insulated copper, flat, pin, and ring type as per the requirement.
• All label s will be engraved on acrylic sheet (white letters on black back ground)
• Components will be identified by the identification labels.

VALIDITY
This offer is valid for your acceptance for a period of 30 days from the date of this offer.

WARRANTY
12 months from the date of installation or 18 months from the date of dispatch whichever is earlier.
