General
The 2370/2380 and 2372/2382 Series Synchronous
corrective secondary clocks are used with either
the 1460/1461 Series MasterTime Programmer or
the 1462/1463 Series Program Time Controller to
provide continuous accurate time indication. The
secondary clocks are provided in round only metal
cases with bold, black numerals and minute mark-
ers on a white dial. Stylish hour and minute hands
are aluminum with a matte black finish, the sweep
second hand is red and the case is finished in Black
Spartex (textured black enamel).
Description
Faraday “STANDARD” indicating clocks may be
surface, flush or double-dial mounted and are
available in either 10”,12” or 16” sizes. Once each
hour the Master Clock supervises the accuracy of
the secondary system by issuing an eight second
impulse that will correct units up to 59 minutes
slow and 55 seconds fast. Every twelve hours
the Master issues a fourteen second supervisory
impulse to correct units up to 11 hours, 59 minutes
slow. The reference time for hourly correction is
the 59th minute and reference hours for 12 hour
correction are 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If desired,
the secondary clocks may be advanced in unison
at the rate of one hour per minute by operating
the “manual reset” switch located on the Master.
Flush clocks require a 2367 Box.
