Use Background

When analyzer gives a false alarm - Failed to leave initial position (LYSE syringe).

Mechanism: The motor initial position photocoupler always detects that the photocoupler is
blocked.

Model Possibility Solution

If we find the syringe block the photocoupler,

then we can check the status of it in
software, Status > Sensor, if it displays Not
Blocked.

A. Clean the photocoupler.
