In the early morning of July 26, 2021 while I am on duty, Mr. Cordero called me thru cellphone telling
me that his father-in-law has difficulty breathing and already desat. As he said, he brought his father-in-
law in BPMC last July 25, 2021 and assister in Triage. The patient was for admission but unluckily there
was no vacant room as claimed. They referred the said patient to Bethel Hospital but the latter refused
due to financial problem. Swab test was done and the patient was brought back to his house in Valencia
City with O² inhalation. Mr. Cordero asked me if there was a vacant room in third floor. We have 2
vacant rooms, room 3 and 9, and I don't know in the other building, but if in case your father in law will
be admitted in 3rd floor then we can accomodate him in room 3. I also inform maam Jen2 about the
condition of Mr. Cordero's father in law.

After a few hours, Mr. Cordero called me again informing that his father in law's swab test (RTPCR) was
positive. I told Mr. Cordero that he must call LGU Valencia to inform and coordinate that his father in
law is Covid 19 positive. The LGU will be the one to facilitate what to do.

After an hour, Mr. Cordero called me again that his patient was already in the BPMC Triage but they did
not accomodate them because they are not informed. I then called maam Jen2 and told her in
vernacular "Hala maam Jen2 naa na man diay ang pasyente ni Jeffy sa silong gihatod sa LGU."

After that maam Babie Plete called me that the Triage staff got angry with me because I broke the
hospital protocol. I ask maam Babie Plete what protocol did I violate because apparently it was the LGU
Valencia who brought the patient to the BPMC Hospital. She also asked me as to who told Mr. Cordero
that we have a vacant room in the 3rd floor to which I admitted doing so and told Mr. Cordero that "IF"
your patient will be admitted in the 3rd floor, we will accomodate him in room 3.

Maam Babie said "Dinha na gyud na iadmit kay imo namang gireserved. Depende sa doctor mam kon
dinhi niya iadmit no problem among dawaton." After a few minutes, mam Babie informed me that Mr.
Cordero's patient will be admitted in Covid ward in Covid building.

ability as my memory serves me. I believe i did not violate our hospital protocol in my perspective and if
