1. References:
a. Memorandum from DRDO dated March 11, 2022 with same subject as
above; and
b. IMPLAN 05-2022 re: Implementing Guidelines Defining/Assigning the
Tasks in the Implementation of OPLAN KATOK and Conduct of
Accounting of All Firearms with Un-renewed/Blocked/Revoked
Registration to Lower Units and Individual Uniformed Personnel.

2. In view of the above reverence, The In charge already visited the

Individuals
that is in the list, but some Individuals don’t have the Supporting
Documents (Affidavit of lost, Blotter, Investigation Report) to Support
them. this individuals are already Senior Citizen and afraid to go outside
because of the pandemic Covid 19. And some Individuals are Not Located
in Malaybalay City, but we already got Certificate form the Barangay that
this Individuals are not in their Barangay.
