Time is the continued sequence of

existence and events that occurs in


an apparently irreversible
succession from the past, through
the present, into the future.

It signifies that time is an important


resource (because we only have so
much of it in this world), thus it's
best to get things done as quickly as
possible. Alternatively, devote time
and effort to activities that provide
the desired outcomes.

FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL


1. we meet interruptions due to phone calls, classmates or friend
asking questions.
- emergency phone calls
- unevitable asking or going back to recap on the topic
because a student does not understand

2. Computer and equipment bogging down


- delay and not on time due to technical dificulties

3. We hold and attend unecessary and unproductive activities


- we dont use our critical and analogical thinking
- we use our emotions to decide, we get carried away or
marupok even if the activity is unecessary

4. We substitute and do the work of absent classmates/friends


- personality and innate morality to help out and reach out
- we get carried away to help others than to put ourselves first

5. We have sudden changes in priority


- unexpected circumstances

- we choose to bombard and to procrastinate

2. We do to refuse setting unnecessary and unproductive meetings


- we must have self-discipline

5. We never learn to say ":No" and thus we take on too much tasks

6. We do not delegate tasks
- we always believe and prefer to do things by their own
- does not ask help to show independence and strength
- it is ok to ask help

7. We overly socialize without taking time off for meditation and planning
- we forget to be on our own or me time
- we do not get to reflect and lose ourselves

TIME MANAGEMENT

Time management is the process of properly


managing time so that the appropriate amount
of time is devoted to the appropriate activity.

Because time is always finite, time management


refers to making the greatest use of it.
