We are looking for serious INVESTOR/S to help us turn the Bali
International Healing & Retreat Center into the first of it kind in Asia as a
whole and the one and only in the world, a world-class "International
Healing & Retreat Haven" where people all around the world can come
and set-time apart to be in quiet, rest, and solitude with the universal
power, a place where people can experience spiritual renewal that allows
them to nourish their mind and soul. Encounter the presence of God in
spirit because God is Spirit and those seeking God should do so in spirit
and truth.
A safe space where anyone is invited to come and experience complete

renewal and gain a high level of self-knowledge, whether they believe in
God or any other higher power. A place surrounded by nature, away from
noise and distraction so people can truly focus on their wellbeing.

PROJECT SUMMARY
The Bali International Healing & Retreat Center is planned to be successful

establishment in a 15 hectares of good quality land with a dynamic waterfall mini-
jungle wonderland that will be optimized through a combination of sustainable
development. Once you find yourself on this land you feel as if you are a long
way from any sort of civilization. The beauty and tranquility is truly impressive
due to the excellent views and presence of a lovely running stream complete with
a waterfalls right at the bottom of the property!
There are no electrical lines adjacent to this property yet. That being said we
don't recommend it, the plan is to stick to renewable energy sources not only
because its free electricity once installed, but because the electrical company
can be a real pain in the $$ to deal with sometimes! This property is ideal for
international healing and retreats, etc. The running stream and waterfalls and
natural swimming pools that never go dry during summer, and are absolutely full
of water in wet season!
PROJECT BUDGETING & FINANCES
Without appropriate funding, we cannot complete the

project successfully. because funding is the lifeblood of
this project. We need to secure the funds necessary to
support the project through every phase. This project
budget is the total projected costs needed to complete
the project over a defined period of time.
The budget here is to estimate what the costs of the

project will be for every phase of the project. The project
budget includes the cost of purchasing the 15 hectares of
land, labor costs, material procurement costs and
operating costs. But it's not a static document. This
project budget will be reviewed and revived throughout
the project.

WHY SHOULD WE INVEST IN THIS PROJECT
