HLP 22 is to provide positive and constructive feedback to guide students’ learning behavior. I
believe that giving positive feedback is super important especially for young kids. They need to
be motivated and continue to receive the support they deserve from their teachers.
Sometimes, school is the only place that kids can go to get love from adults. This is why we
need to continue to show our love for each and every student in our classrooms. I also think
that having constructive feedback helps students to succeed and continue to learn. If a teacher
is being rude while giving feedback, the student may give up and not want to continue learning.
