 Instructions

▪ Students will avail the school buses: Arrival : 09:15 am, departure: 12.15 pm
▪ Students are requested not to gather in groups in classrooms/corridors/washrooms.
They should maintain social distance, wear masks at all times and avoid physical
contact with each other. They are advised not to share stationery/water/snacks/hand
sanitizers. Students must carry transparent pouches for their stationery.
▪ Students are requested to carry their own water bottles and hand sanitizers.
▪ Students are requested to come in school uniform/sports uniform.
▪ Bags/books/Exercise books are not allowed in the examination hall/room.
▪ If any student’s attendance is below 75%, he/she may not be allowed to sit for the
Examination. In such cases parents are requested to write a mail to the Principal.
▪ Students who have not submitted their Projects/Practical Files will not be allowed to sit
for that particular Examination.
▪ If any student is caught using unfair means during the Exams, his/her paper will be
cancelled.
▪ For the students of Class XI (Science & Commerce) only FX 82 MS (Casio) calculators
will be allowed.
▪ Class IX – Reading Time – 10:00 – 10:15 am & Writing Time – 10:15 – 11:45 am
▪ Class X – Reading Time – 10:00 – 10:10 am & Writing Time – 10:10 – 11:40 am
▪ Class XI – Reading Time – 09:45 – 10:00 am & Writing Time – 10:00 – 11:45 am
▪ Class XII – Reading Time – 10:00 – 10:10 am & Writing Time – 10:10 – 11:40 am
▪ Paper Viewing – Classes X & XII – 09/03/22 and Classes IX & XI – 21/03/22
▪ Open House – Classes IX & XI – 26/03/22
