We as leaders need to install respect not fear in our subordinates. This is comes
up especially when handling certain projects that are curtailed with a lot of
people in them and you’re the leader. How do you keep them going?. You need to
be an example of the lead to prove that you’re the lead. This same applies to the
family. You’re the head so lead. Or let someone else do. This works for the
marrieds. If you’re the man you’re the head and the rest follows. So basically you
have to be the head in all ways; be it physically, mentally and spiritually, so
genuinely what so happens to the head be it to the family. What has the head got
to do; it gat to be a lot of sacrifice. For this has to happen as an example to the
whole family. Any loss creates a loop hole.

Working hard is a process that can be developed with muscle development that
needs time. So is intellectual development. So time is basically needed for that.

Am currently a non regetered enginner at 30 yrs. Am married to Ankunda Gloria

with two children Ankunda malaika at one and eight months and Ankunda Shania
christian at four months.

I did a setting up of my parents village house last yr and its now at the wall plate

This is a sort of pressure for the all the young stragolists of poverty eradication.
Where do we begin from, the choice remains in our own hands. Should we just
start our new homes or we should first build our parents homes to compacent for
their sacrifice to pay for our school fees and tuition and build them a deceit and
better home not to be a laughing matter for the villager not having build their
homes but endeavored to pay fees for their children.

It remain a common question. whether we us the new borns should move on

above the poverty line for we were set up by our parents and we leave them to
live below the poverty line as were being enslaved by our own class mates who
are moving forward for if we wait to pull them to our level we endeavor to be left
behind by our class mates who are so much a head of the poverty line.

More to; that we as a family are 8 children with the last born admitted to do
medicine and surgery but as of now, we as a family don’t have admission fees
application fee of 3milllion shillings. This is because everyone is so much
concentrated on their families with no time to think about other issues. So this
leaves a very big question with a gap. Who should do it ? is it my parents or its the
children? If the parents they are old enough not to do that but depend on their
children. Now which children? The one who are abit wll off. And how do they
become well off ? by working hard. And whoare those ? it only me, Dorah the first
born, sandrah who works onssararly based in a bank plus me the hustler in the
army who needs to work harder to rescue two farmilies using my proffessin of
engineering. For this am not scared at al for it is building me for my future
benefifite but no other. For if I endulge my self so much into this, I will miss the
optunity to save for my future and be back in the same cycle of having childred

take care of their sisters or brothers which is not my mission but to have my well
prepared retirement age on a beach farm with a good number of cows. Am willing
to contribute some but I see non of of our family members willing to do anything
thing next of that. So if I do, it means I have taken the responsibility. I see some
mural is down because she seems not to be serous with the studies so everyone
amongst the family members fears to risk his or her funds into the venture into
her education. This has been stipulated from her behavior and her early
relationships with young boys with evidence from her what sup phone. Even
more to that she will just finish and get married anyway so it’s so much of a
business to venture into. This might need some Gods intervention of which she
seems not to be a believer of Gods incense that she can always return back even
after completion; so it remains a question among the many whether to help or to
let her be.., or an external intervention may be a scholarship or a government
loan scheme to help her continue with her studies. Or else she will not finish her
studies with the experience from the resent sponsors who seem to be concerned
on who to sponsor and who not to.

So those are some of the social issues that need solutions as of now. One

so we need to actually pray to God for some help.
 We need to double our efforts; how less time on social media, but on
innovation to help us register as a registered engineer. This will increase
our income definitely.

The reason am not sponsoring my wife so much in her business is because I need
her to be much into an independent cycle. So that she can always be able to move
even when am off the grid as in for the army its possible.

appeal that you would stop drinking so that it would not serve s a satanic
