    was replaced with intellectual

    Is this fair? Are NYS assessments biased against sped and poor children???
    This consent form provides a good list of possible special ed assessments.
    One would think that the
    regular ed teacher would know
    how to do this!!!

    OR - are accommodations given out like candy???

    VIYOW - these are not alternative assessments!!!


    I am wary of the fact that this
    district calls them alternative
    assessments.

    Notice the requirements for allowing alternate assessments!!
