In Designing and Creating a Module the following must be considered; Interactive Teaching,
which includes how to teach in Thematic way, the Constant Based Instruction that leads to Focusing an
Inquiry and the Generic Competency of both the instructor and the students. K12 Curriculum Review
and Updates, that deals with the Improvement of the Learning Environment which includes the
Teacher’s Upskilling and the Engagement of Statements for Support and Education. The Principles of the
module that deals with the adaptability, the Asynchronies and Synchronies, answers on what is the
difference between active and interactional learning, identifying what are the 3C’s of online learning and
molularity.

And on how will the module deal with the concept of online learning, remote learning and
online distance learning. And the blended learning; the combination of internet based education and the
traditional classroom interaction.

2. Student Discipline of New Normal

Now that many school and district buildings are closed, state leaders, educators and in some
cases, business leaders are looking at how best to provide continuity of education and support services
to their students and communities.

Currently, the positive discipline approach is rooted in respect for human rights in which is
believed that there are no bad habits, only bad behaviors. But according to the speaker, it is impossible
to fully eliminate classroom misbehavior. But, it is possible in most circumstances to prevent devious
acts from occurring or from becoming the spark of class.

3. Academic Management and Leadership Challenges on Pandemic in Post Pandemic Era

Frontiers in Education is seeking to mobilize research in response to the current pandemic.


Highly contagious, the 2019 coronavirus disease is a global health emergency of unprecedented
proportions. The ongoing loss of life globally as well as the virus’s ability to spread rapidly through
communities, has generated a need for significant changes in the way the education community
operates, educates and delivers services to students and families. 

As education leaders have responded to the current crisis, many challenges and obstacles to
providing essential educational services have emerged.

4. Flexible Learning Module

Flexible learning is a method of learning where students are given freedom in how, what, when
and where they learn. Flexible learning environments address how physical space is used, how students
are grouped during learning and how time is used throughout teaching. With space, students may be
given dedicated breakout rooms to work collaboratively. Schools may restructure traditional schedules
to provide students with time for collaboration and other activities such as guest speakers or
performances to assist their understanding of a topic. 

And modules are indeed designed and created for this situation the education system is facing.
And through this, it can have applied to the online learning system such as Carwa, Google Forums,
through this, it can refer to the way that content is delivered by technology, typically through blended
learning, fully online courses or technology-enhanced experiences.

5. Shaping the Future of Higher Education in the Post Pandemic World

A number of university organizations are closely monitoring the impacts of COVID-19 on higher
education around the world. In which these organizations offer information about latest developments
regarding the impacts of the COVID19 pandemic on universities, share recommendations and initiatives,
offer opportunities to engage or exchange and provide a selection of recent country-based and
international news items regarding higher education and COVID-19.

6. Optimizing Distance Learning Using Zoom, Google Meet and MS Teams Meeting

Due to the occurring pandemic, education sector organization thought of every possible way in
order to continue the postponed classes as safe as possible and at the same time gain the same learning
traditions the situation could muster. Google is committed to building products that protect student and
teacher privacy, and provide best-in-class security.

Thus, this helps educators create safe learning environments where they can teach students,
share information on Digital Wellbeing and Online Safety, all while making learning productive,
personalized, and collaborative.
