Record the position of the slot (1) in the bypass Remove the cap nut from the pressure adjusting
orifice. Hold a rubber plug over the tank port (2) and screw.
use a short, controlled (2.75 bar or 40 psi) burst of
compressed air to the pressure port (3) to dislodge
the orifice from the valve. Remove the orifice. STEP 36

Remove the cap nut seal.

Remove and discard the 0-ring from the orifice. STEP 37

Measure and record the exposed length of the


pressure adjusting screw for initial adjustment during
reassembly.
