The Organization of a School Purpose:

This activity will familiarize you with the organization of your school and will

help you determine how you may utilize the information to assist you in your

work.

1. How is your school managed?

 Our school constantly fosters a good environment. Learners' safety and

protection is their first priority since they understand that schools are like

second homes for learners. It is important for them to make time in their

hectic schedules to listen to students' concerns and complaints about any

school matter.

2. What is the role of the principal?

 All higher-level functions in a school are overseen by the principal. They

establish a secure educational environment, set performance targets for

both students and instructors, and monitor the process to ensure that

those goals are met. The principal's primary responsibility should have

been to design and build sustainable academic activities in his or her

school, as well as to encourage the advancement of learning and teaching

within the school.

4. How are finances managed?

They are carefully evaluating statistics, public policy, and law.

Which include statistics on student demographics and accomplishment,

enrollment patterns, financial audits, state financing formulae, and so on.

Because district finances are inextricably linked to enrollment and per-pupil

financial allowances, detecting and analyzing patterns enables school finance

officials to make data-driven choices, generate predictions proactively, and

anticipate approaching difficulties.


5. How are records kept?

 A report of enrollments is provided to the Department of Education at the

conclusion of each school year. The principal is responsible for maintaining

a record card for each student, which contains the student's address,

parents or guardians, date of birth, sex, health record, social conduct,

positions of responsibility, and academic record throughout time. The

yearly report cards are prepared and signed by each instructor, and they

are countersigned by the principal.

6. What are the rules and regulations?

 The school has Rules & Regulations for pupils. They include topics such

as school calendars and dates, uniform attire, classroom conduct, and

extracurriculars.

7. How does information about the organization of your school help

you?

 The structure lowers the amount of tasks that are missed. Organizing a

space with your kid not only enhances the look of the room, but it also

decreases missing assignments. When pupils are aware of the location of

their papen and supplies. It makes it easier for them to finish their

homework. Furthermore, having a binder and folder system aids students

in finding their homework when it is time to turn them in.
