Role-playing is a learning concept that enables students to
apply knowledge right away by putting them in the role of
a decision maker who should make the decision about a
policy, allocation of resources, or some other result. This
approach is great for engaging kids and enabling them to
engage with their peers while attempting to perform the
job set to them in their unique position. This activity can be
done in collaborative learning, and/or students may act
through their roles during the class hour. Students get more
interested as they attempt to respond to the subject through
the eyes of their character.
