(This energy bar consists of several ingredients including honey, sunflower seeds, instant
oats and Greek yogurt. The major macronutrients are carbohydrates, proteins and fats. This
made energy bar has a total of 244.5 calories, with a high carbohydrate percentage of
55.4%, 27.8% protein and 16.85 fat.)
Recommended use : Energy bars are supplement bars containing cereals and other high-
energy foods targeted at athletes who require quick energy but do not have time for a meal.
It is best consumed 1-2 hours before exercise and is a source of fuel during training.

food. The nutrients of oats can also be obtained

minerals. Oats are also conducive to losing or
maintaining weight as well as minimally processed
oats have a lower glycemic response and are
better for overall blood sugar and energy levels.

Greek Yogurt Protein Because Greek yogurt is high in calcium and can
help our bone health. Greek yogurt also contains
protein that can help repair muscle tissues
damaged as a result of exercise.
