Nonverbal Communication

Task:
Q1.After watching this video, identify any five obvious nonverbal elements of
communication used by the candidate during the interview.

ANS: In this video candidate use nonverbal elements of communication which are!

 Making Eye Contact: After entering in the office, the candidate makes his eye
contact with his interviewer. The candidate also moving his eye around the office during
answering his questions. The way you look at someone can communicate many things,
including interest, affection, hostility, or attraction. Candidate make eye contact to
maintain conversation flow and to express his interest and response.

 Facial Expression: In this video we observe that, the candidate use facial expression
during answering the questions. For example he is giving a smile while answering a some
questions and in some place he become serious while answering the question.

 Paying Attention: In this video the candidate paying full attention to his interview
questions, which is the element of nonverbal communication

 Gesture: In this video the candidate uses gesture while answering his question. He uses
body movement especially his hand and his head, to express his idea or meaning.

 Posture: In this video, we observe that, the candidate showing his confidence. The
candidate answering his questions with full confidence.
Q2. After getting an overview of the interview, describe any two nonverbal
communication skills which could be used more by the candidate to make it a
perfect and an impactful interview.

movement especially his hand and his head, during answering his questions to express his idea or
meaning. He also uses his hand while writing a program on paper.
