*CONSENT DECLARATION* - Re-opening of School

Dear Parents,

As per the government directives, we are looking at re-opening the school with effect from

16 November 2020 and with align to it, a mandatory meeting at school on 9-Nov-20

(Monday -Timing – 10.00 to 12.00 PM) will be conducted. A *self-declaration* form to be

duly signed by the parent and submitted at the School during the meeting.
