WHEREAS, there is a need for the Riprapping and Concreting of 50 meters

AVELINO C. DOMINE, JR. access road to Multi- Purpose Facility in order for vehicles to have an easier
Sangguniang Barangay Member access going to the said Multi- Purpose Facility;

WHEREAS, there is a need for the continuation of the building constructed on

JOHN R. VIVENCIO the said Multi- Purpose Facility in order to cater needs of the barangay
Sangguniang Barangay Member residents especially during occasions;

WHEREAS, there is a need for the continuation of Concreting and Riprapping

of shoulder of the Solar Dryer and for the installation of ten (10) units of Solar
Lights on the Solar Dryer;
WHEREAS, there is a need for the Concreting of the Playground, Procurement
and Installation of different playing equipment (e.g. swing, slides, see-saw)
located at the southern part of the Multi- Purpose Facility;
WHEREAS, there is a need for the procurement and installation of movable
Basketball Board;
WHEREAS, the said enumerated projects will be beneficial to all residents of
Barangay Macaoayan, Burgos, Ilocos Sur;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion made and duly seconded, BE IT
