Colonies: How did the thirteen colonies form and what did

they represent?
It is often said that the United States has a big territory with 50 states, and every state is unique by
the history from their foundation, but, did you really know that the United States had just 13 states?
All started by many countries fighting for some territory of the new world.
We usually speak of the English colonies on the eastern coast as we tell the story of "Colonial
America." This story is incomplete, but the colonies of these 13 colonies (New Hampshire,
Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware,
Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia) had been set up earnestly by the
British, and they had been full of French, Dutch and even Russian colonial outposts on the American
continents. It was the colonies that put the United States together.
Research has found that Ethnicity-different ethnic groups existed in the settlements we had in,
although, for example, New York; Native Americans, African Americans, Dutch, and French. In
addition, ethnic diversity led the inhabitants to differ and made it easier for the colony to take over the
rule. With this said, it appeared the presence of dominant groups — there were very large tribes who
controlled the others and, for example, allied with the Europeans, the Iroquois who oppressed the
neighboring Native American community. Harsh local leaders have used indirect methods to colonize
the citizens since the colonies (England). After all, they introduced a structure in which the local
leaders were behaving as servants to the colony, thereby mistreating their own citizens to appease
their colonies. In terms of the slaves, the concept was embraced by slavery-some colonies
particularly the southern ones while the northern ones rejected the same. (Smith, 1991) The colonies
also differed in the style of leadership they were supposed to adopt with some supporting the form of
hierarchy and others in the form of bureaucratic leadership, which was challenged by others because
they were all divided into leadership. The German Civil War. In addition, around 1640 and 1660 the
conflict forced the focus of the government (England) away from its colonies. This saw the increased
number of a Christian group, the Puritans coming to states (colonies) in America where they stressed
separation between church and state. During that time of the Civil War and Revolution, different forms
of churches emerged in England and its American colonies. The denominations have numerous
philosophies, such as Episcopalianism, Presbyterianism and other congregationalism. This saw
several colonists going to Britain to assist the Puritans against Charles 1 (who at that point was the
King). There are those who argue that some of those territories were Massachusetts and
Connecticut. In addition, the Episcopals of Virginia did not spare the puritans in us and they were
removed. As a result, this led to war in the colonies, for example, the puritans struggled with the
Anglican-Catholics winning the battle with the puritans. (Morse, 1993) On the other hand, there was a
great deal of tension in the northern and southern states, as the colonials and the Americans were at
odds about how much power the federal government should have to control the states,
industrialization and slavery.
In conclusion, there were varied in the 13 Colonies. So in the Colonies, there was a vast array of
lives. New England became increasingly dependent on factory work and the import and export of life-
producing goods. The Middle Colonies had the largest diversity of people where different religions
had a great tolerance. During the Southern Colonies, slave labor was dependent on crops in the field.
In the following years, the way of life produced by the Colonists in North America foreshadows the
desire for independence.
My conclusion is that I saw all the similarities and differences between each of the 13 colonies. I
thought about how different life was in each region: New England, Middle, and South. This is also a
great occasion to see how life has changed in the last few years. This colony marks the world's
interesting history from the British and their power. Without any doubt, I got a big impact on this.
