Dear Parents/Students

Warm Greetings!
As per the guidelines from the Government of Rajasthan, the school will reopen for classes VI - IX in physical
mode from 10th February, 2022(Thursday). You are hereby kindly requested to follow all hygiene norms and
health related guidelines of the school. The school will strictly follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
issued by the State Government.
Only those students whose consent form is received by the school will be allowed to attend the physical classes.

The students are instructed to follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP):
1. Students should come to school in a healthy and physically fit state (If any symptom of fever, coughs
and cold are felt then the student must stay at home and the class teacher to be informed about it).
2. Students must wear clean uniform and maintain hygiene.
3. Students will enter the school after sanitizing their hands through two separate Entry Gates. Entry of
students through other gates will be strictly forbidden. Temperature will be checked at the entry gate.
4. Physical distancing of at least 6 feet to be followed at all times. Crowding inside the campus and shaking
hands will not be permitted.
5. All students should carry their own sanitizer, water bottle and wear mask at all times. Eatables are
not allowed.
6. Strict practice of covering mouth and nose while coughing/sneezing with a tissue/handkerchief/flexed
elbow and disposing off used tissues properly to be followed and spitting is strictly prohibited.
7. Medical Room will be allotted for emergency cases.
8. Students should move to the allotted classroom and be seated without loitering outside the corridor.
9. At the time of Dispersal, the students must leave the school premises by maintaining proper distance
and without waiting for their friends.

Note:
1. Physical School Timings: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Reporting Time : 7:50 am
2. Students must submit the consent form on the first day of reporting to school.
3. Classes will be conducted on blended (Physical/Online) mode (To be attended compulsorily by all
the students).
