Exercise: Legal questions 4th semester.

1. What is the purpose of registration in a public context?

2. What is the act of perfection for mortgage of real property?

3. Describe the concept of property in connection with land regulation?

4. Explain the following: a registered easement.

5. Is a local plan binding for the citizen?

6. Are there any rules for application for a building permit? If yes, where can they
be found? If no, why?

7. What is the content of the legal protection of a claim?

8. a) In case of a legal dispute between the contracting parties in your project

where can it be solved?
b) Are there any advantages and/or disadvantages with your suggestion(s).

Conditions:

o The exercise is individual work.
o The exercise is mandatory work.
o Each of the answers must include a reference to the source.
o Your answers must be delivered in PDF-format.
o Hand in of the exercise in 8th October 2014on Fronter.
o Each student is expected to spend 8 hours of work on the exercise.
