PRE-OBSERVATION INFORMATION
Directions:
1. This form shall be answered by the Teacher prior to Instructional Support Visit
2. The information will serve as Guide for the pre-observation conference. Observer may ask
additional job-relevant data to provide a background for actual observation.

Directions:

2. The information will serve as Guide for the post-observation conference. Observer may ask
additional job-relevant information to clarify or support observations.
3. The filled-up form shall be given back to the Teacher to be placed at the back of the Teacher
Observation Form which was used by the observer.

1. What did your learners gain in your lesson in terms of Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes (KSAs)?
Please enumerate them.
a. Knowledge- Pupils will able to determine the homographs of common using context clues
b. Skills- Pupils give/write sentences showcasing the various meanings.
c. Attitudes- Pupils show their eagerness through active participation.
2. How did you make the learners gain the KSAs which you listed above?
Informing pupils that they will learn about a type of word called homographs.
Showing pupils the video on homographs.
Asking pupils to name a homograph they noticed in the video and describe each
meaning.
3. What did your learners do in order to gain/learn the KSAs?
By using varied methods and teaching strategies like:

So I could be evaluated if there’s a need for improvement in my teachings.
1. The teacher was well-prepared with her virtual instructional materials and had a wide knowledge of
her lesson that’s why the lesson was fun and enjoyable fofr the learners.
2. She has a detailed knowledge of her pupils and was able to select appropriate teaching strategies to
improve their learning.
3. The teacher evaluates and reflects on the effectiveness of her teaching and the learning experiences
of her learners.
