THE JOBS OF THE FUTURE

I. DESCRIPTION

The work of the future has taken a great leap due to the effects of the
pandemic. This type of work involves the intensive use of technologies and
skills. On the other hand, the work of the future will undoubtedly be electronic
commerce due to the great boom that it presents and will promote the hiring of
personnel in different areas, such as: customer service, logistics operators,
trade and sales, innovation, digital marketing, production, etc.

In addition, it will also be entrepreneurship, because a large number of


professionals are condemned to create new sources of work.

Taking into account that the jobs of the future are not selfish or mechanical.
Although there are people who still do not see it, professions such as Youtuber,
Influencer, Streamer or content creator are jobs that make more and more
sense and more pull among the new generations and, this is not something that
only concerns millennials.

But we are not only talking about creating new professions that did not exist
before, in addition to the evolution of others that have always been there. For
example, the way of distributing knowledge is also evolving. On the other
hand, teachers and professionals are betting on online teaching.

On the other hand, we wonder what happens to the professions that are
already becoming "obsolete", such as telemarketing operators, supermarket
personnel, bank teller operators ... Today it may seem almost impossible, but
over time, these are some of the professions that will end in "extinction" as they
can be replaced by technology.
II. CONCLUSIONS

1. It can be seen that technology has been evolving, consequently jobs


are changing, as a consequence of the evolution some jobs will
become obsolete and others will be necessary.
2. Because of that, the jobs are also constantly evolving, taking into
account technological evolution.
3. The jobs of the future have changed, taking into account the new
generations.

III. SUGGESTIONS
1. In this new evolution of technology and work, we have been having
a lot on the ball.
2. Trainings should be carried out in weak areas.
3. In my point of view, maybe current competencies should be
evaluated at the same time as future competencies.
