DEAR P R O P O S E D S O L U T I O N S :

Looking at other department’s stores within the city, we can see that they have a standardized order form accessible
through Ozone (Attached document shows how it would work). This system has numerous benefits including ease of
ordering on the part of clinic leads as they can simply add the items they need to their cart and submit it rather then
having to fill out a form and then email it to us. On our end it will help simplify orders as there will no longer have to be
any guessing involved as to the quantity or item requested. In addition, we will be able to gather data to more easily
report exact figures of how many items are being shipped out both within a certain time frame and to specific locations.

This process would be the first step in centralizing procurement for supplies for OPH, the system could be easily
expanded to accommodate for changing needs and be re-tooled at a moment’s notice to allow easy procurement of
any supplies needed by a branch of OPH. This process, it would cut down the amount of miscommunication between
logistics and the clinic which allows us to reach out for clarification opposed to multiple avenues for possible error.

Sincerely,
Cam, Matt & Krista
