1. What are your take aways on this Module?

As safety engineers it is significant for us to know HAZOP or hazard and operability; the keywords and
methodology of HAZOP. I also identify hazard types, hazard awareness, hazard labels and HMIS code.
I understand the importance of knowing the Fall protection measure because it helps us to reduce or
sometime eliminate the most common accident in the workplace which is fall.

2. Does this module helped you achieve the objectives set in each lecture? Why or Why not?

Yes, this module helped me achieve the objectives in each lecture. By the end of each lecture I am
able to identify and apply the given objectives.

3.  Does this module achieved your expectations in each lecture? Why or Why not?

Yes, it does. My expectation is to broaden my knowledge about the work of a Safety Engineer. For the
first week of attending this module I now have few knowledges about safety management. And I know
that by the end of this module, I will be able to know how to do the work of a Safety Engineer.

4.  What do you think about the module composition? (The topics under this module?)

The topics under this module is easy to understand. Because each lecture topic listed on our canvas
was explained clearly during our synchronous class.

5. What are your suggestions to improve this module? List down in bulleted format.

Conclusion:

We are all adjusting in the new way or new platform of learning. There are considerable differences
between the online learning environment and classroom environment. We don’t meet physically, which give
us a hard time to interact with each other. However, online learning is as effective as face-to-face leaning.
We can still understand our lessons clearly and gain a lot of knowledges. After attending module 2 of
Safety Management, I now have an idea on how to keep the workplace safe from hazardous energies. That
whenever there will be an emergency within our workplace, I can ensure my safety and my co-workers as
well.
