Onshore & Offshore Construction-assembly works
within the Oil & Gas Industry.

SCOPE OF WORK:
Our company has the required capability, experience and
endowment in order to provide high quality and
competitive works and services, such as:
 Installation of pipelines, tools and equipment for
Refinery and Petrochemistry (capacity of weld
performance – 1000 inch / working day).
 Assembly construction works within oil industry for
distribution systems of the oil products – crude oil,
natural gas, water injection deposits, etc. Mild hydrocracking plant

 The erection of steel and HDPE pipelines (with operating pressures from 6 to 350 bar) both
underground, and above-ground for the distribution of
various oil products.

Offshore oil activity on the continental plateau of the

Black Sea has been developed since 1976, our
company being the sole Romanian constructor
specialized in offshore assembly works, that is:

Side booms for pipelines

 Laying out on site of the steel structures which are integral parts
of the crude oil and natural gas production platforms, such as:
Jacket type structures, bridges, tie-in platforms, duty cranes,
dwelling and electric blocks.
 Completion of the offshore drilling platforms for commencement
of the development of crude oil and natural gas production
reservoirs by using oil separators, water treatment plants, water
pumping stations for water injection into deposits, gas
compressing stations, social units.
 Onshore putting-into-readiness and offshore installing of the
undersea main pipelines with 4” – 16” in diameter.
 Preparation and manufacturing in pipeline spool workshop for
crude oil and gas, air, water, foam technological spools, steel
ladders, bridges, hand rails, protective shields, hall steel
structures, steel structures for flare support. Offshore Central Platform
Furthermore, besides the works above mentioned we also have in our scope of work the execution
of construction-assembly works for automation and electric plants, works have been carried out
for some of the largest companies in Romania: Petrom OMV, Transgaz, Rompetrol, etc.

Over the last 25 years have been mounted approx. 400 Km of submarine pipes (6”-20”) at a depth of
60 m under the sea level (crude oil, natural gas,
and flooding water). Have been executed central
platforms of crude oil and natural gas
development on the Black Sea.
 Pipeline insulations both for onshore, and
offshore types of work.
 Cathodic protections for pipelines.
 Construction of storage tanks with capacities of
50 c.m. – 100,000 c.m.
 Construction of natural gas transmission lines
(trunk lines), with diameters between Φ 168 mm
şi Φ 1,200 mm.

 Construction of crude oil transmission lines (trunk lines), with diameters between Φ 168 mm şi Φ
1,000 mm.
 Electrical and automation installations.
 Pumping stations and waste water treatment stations, treatment plants for oil and natural gas cleaning,

 Construction works within the fields of: hydro-urban public works, hydrotechnical works, land
reclamation works.
 Construction of protection embankments.
 Protection of river banks for the undercrossing with
oil and gas pipeline of channels and rivers.

 4. EXPANSION ON LONG TERM
Our company has refurbished the production base of CARAIMAN, having in view the following
structure:

- Workshops: mechanical (steel manufactures and

welding), electrical, painting, sand blasting with an
area of 1,619 sq.m.
- Radiology building and laboratory for radiography
processing with an area of 173 sq.m.

- Locksmith training school
- Concrete station with an area of 110 sq.m.,
capacity of 60 c.m./h
- Paddocks with an area of 690 sq.m.
- Storage spaces with covered area of 2,500 sq.m.
and open area of 30,000 sq.m.

All these objectives are insured and monitored by a guard

and protection agency having also provided an outdoor
lighting system improved with video monitoring cameras.

All these new production capacities have replaced the

existing ones which shall be demolished, step by step, over the
