Narrative for Elevator Speech

“Hello everyone! My name is Kaitlyn April and I am a 6th grade teacher for
Brea Olinda School District. I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with my
credential and now actually teach at, not my alma mater school, but my
alma mater district. So it’s been pretty fun. I am a teacher leader in the way
that I think that I am able to bring things about technology to my colleagues
because I taught fully online last year and so I am able to still utilize a lot of
the tools that I was able to discover last year, and bring them into my
classroom this year, which has been pretty great. I think that it is a way for
me to positively impact the students with fun as well. I try to make things
more game related, as well as utilizing technologies online that they find
great for review and study guides and things like that. I look forward to
