The constitution of Pakistan provides the citizens with rights that they can exercise in their normal

course of life. Protection of property is an important right which every citizen has the right to
exercise, according to the constitution the civilian population has the right to purchase and dispose
off any property within the boundaries of Pakistan keeping in mind the restriction that are placed
under the constitution, one should also keep in mind the restriction if any which are placed for the
protection of public interest. The law states that no property that is the holding of a civilian shall be
forcefully taken until and unless there is compensation provided for the acquisition which implies
that there cannot be any sort  of forceful acquisition on the part of the government. The right to
protection of land is a positive right that can be exercised because it leads to a sense of trust and
assurance that the safety of a private property would be exercised in the same manner as that of a
public property. This can be seen as many public properties that were supposed to be used for public
developments have been taken over by politically influential people, particularly in the city of
karachi, however the recent crackdown on such properties shows that the government cares not
only for public but also private properties.Securing law and order is the responsibility of the state
towards the citizens, any and all problems that cause danger to an indiviuals or a specific section of
the society should be taken into consideration and their solution be provided by the state, the
incident of Model Town which is more commonly referred to as the model town massacre where the
local police under the influence of the political leadership opened fire on a crowd killing at least 14
people, this explains that the state failed to provide a life that was safe and free from injuries, also
that the police were not able to maintain the law and order situation, they were influenced to the
extent that they refused to follow protocols where they cannot fire at any unarmed citizen, implying
that one should remain careful however the right to life safe from injuries should be available to any
citizen.Ignorance cannot be classified as a negative right, as this means that the common public is
not aware of the actions that are occurring which is performed by the local media and political
structure of pakistan as they shamelessly refuse to look into the hardening situations that are
prevailing for the common public. This can be seen from their lack of interest into providing basic
services required for sustainable livelihood.The right to liberty and pursuit of happiness are
sometimes referred to as the most important and essential rights that can be exercised by any
particularly human being in their lives, which if not provided can hamper the lives of many.
