A. INTRODUCTION: This unit covers the outcomes required in installing and configuring desktop and workstation computers
systems. It consists of competencies to assemble computer hardware, install operating system and drivers for
peripherals/devices, and install application software as well as to conduct testing and documentation.

C. ASSESSMENT PLAN

- Written Examination – A multiple choice type of exam will be given to the trainee to probe the underpinning
knowledge of the topic. then the answer sheet will be collected for checking
- Practical examination- A perform task will be given to the trainee to determine the Mastery of the topic, then the
performance criteria checklist will be collected
