Introduction
Learning grammar is fundamental in learning the
English language for the reason that it will increase
the accuracy and clarity of utterances when using the
language. Grammar is the system of rules used to
create sentences refers to the knowledge of parts of
speech, tenses, phrases, clauses and syntactic
structures used to create grammatically well-formed
sentences in English (Richard, 2016).
Statement of the Problem
Through the years, PAC has been encouraging
students to use English as a primary language for
communication inside the classroom and school
premises.
Although the students of the PAC were trained to do
so, it is evident that there are still students who were
having a hard time in comprehending and
communicating using the said language especially the
Grade -7 students.
