Address: 6087 Sunset Blvd

Los Angeles, CA 90028

Security: In driveway. Clearance needed to enter lot

Parking: Security will direct you where to park (left side of lot).

Testing Site: Siren is a large open studio that is locked when testing is not
occurring. If doors need to be open, simply talk to security at
the front gate. No keys needed, security opens about a half
hour before testing begins.
Siren Contacts: The schedule is sent via email the night before. Security
also notifies us of any add-ons. With any schedule
questions, ask security or contact Alice.

We test for multiple productions at Siren so there is no need

to contact individual production’s coordinators. Report to
the central Netflix HR contacts below ONLY.

Charting in real time. Techs or FS Rx at registration check

the patient in on Epic, order the Mesa Accula test and print
labels for testing materials. Techs drop off patient label
stickers to NPs to put on Daily QA log. Pharmacists run
sample, upload picture of result cartridge to patient’s chart
via Haiku and send Haiku message to NP when result is
ready. NPs then go into patient’s chart, view result picture in
“Media” file under Chart Review. Finish SmartSet and enter
result. Highlight patient’s name in blue/pink on sticker on QA
log. NPs must check “In Basket” tab frequently to
cosign orders from registration and check result
messages from RPh.

Patients must use MyChart to receive results electronically.

Techs assist patients in setting up their accounts before
leaving site. If a patient cannot sign up or refuses to, you
may offer them a phone call or to wait in the car for a paper
copy (result handout plus a printed copy of their result from
Epic).

Must call patients for invalids to notify them their result will
be delayed.

Consents are uploaded via Haiku by techs. Haiku’d

consents go in a manila envelope labeled by date.

QA logs go in manila envelope labeled by week.

Day-To-Day Tips: It is a 1-2 NP ran site, with 2 pharmacists, 16 Mesa Accula

machines (+3 spares), and approximately 5-7 techs (two
lanes are ran, with techs at registration station, swabbing
station & MyChart station).

Testing hours are the same every day: 6 am – 4 pm. Arrive

about 30 minutes before first available appointment time.
Must be present for entire duration of contracted testing
hours regardless of patients being scheduled.

2 generic computers for registration plus 2-3 extra generics

along with 2 non-generic computers (Mignonne added as
user to one of them).

2 NP phones & 2 RPh phones (for Haiku only). May be

used to call patients or HR but you will rarely receive
incoming calls on these phones from Netflix or CVS reps.

Temperature checks and staff check-in/check-out done by

NP on timesheet (located in black document holder on desk)

Must wear mask at all times.

Food is NOT provided. Must bring meals or can go to local

restaurants to pick up lunch

Fridge & microwave on site for our personal use.

Call HR contacts at end of day for all results. Go through

schedule spreadsheet name by name. Positive results must
be given to HR immediately after they occur, not at end of
day. NETFLIX, NETFLIX AVIATION, VENDOR, and
ALLIED/VENDOR results DO NOT get reported to HR.

We use annual consents at our site. Patients are permitted

to say yes OR no for the PHI Disclosure question.

Payroll spreadsheets for both MinuteClinic & retail

employees include Siren plus any Netflix satellite sites.
Coordinate on Friday afternoons to have one person send it
out for all Netflix sites (in shared Master Doc).

Notify security prior to leaving so that they can lock up

studio.

Extra supplies are in back nook behind POCT tent. Printer

is in back area along with the site binder/admin supplies –
connect computer with USB cord.

Side supply area is considered a “depot” supply – for

various B2B sites. DO NOT pull supplies from here without
asking Rachel Gelman first.

STAFFING NOTE: Some techs may be released at their 6-8

hour mark if the day is slow. At least one NP and one
pharmacist must be present until the testing period ends,
regardless of patients being scheduled or not.

Keep meal penalty rules in mind. If anyone is working

greater than a 6 hour shift, they must take their 30 minute
lunch break by the 5th hour. Failure to do this results in a
meal plan penalty (MPP) – adds 1 hour to their total hours
for that day. Make sure you note on the payroll
spreadsheets (NPs & retail).

STAFF TESTING: PCR testing once a week with company

that shares our space (techs/pharmacists know where they
are). All staff tests the same day/time each week (see
schedule posted behind NP desk). May go at alternate time
during scheduled day if PCR company is slow. Contact
Alice if day change is needed. Must register online through
PCR company ahead of time. Floating staff that is coming
for just 1-2 days can just do a rapid test on day #1. Cannot
do PCR unless on schedule and cleared by Alice.
