Real-time location monitoring of your vehicles
Trip Logs Automatically Generated
Alert Sensors (ex. panic button and tamper sensors)
OBJECTIVES
Limit speeding
• Speeding wastes fuel. Reports, alerts, and speed maps show you who is speeding and where.
Limit Idling
• Idling is an unnecessary waste of fuel and by reducing the number of minutes drivers idle, you will
save more than the cost of the GPS. Some customers save 5 or more times the amount that the
system costs by utilizing this capability.
Unauthorized Usage
• You will be able to determine when vehicles are used for non-company-related business, or prove
compliance using odd-hours/weekend reports and alerts.
Optimized routes
• GPS allows you to determine wasteful trips.
When drivers are tracked using GPS, they act more responsibly. GPS vehicle tracking allows you to monitor your
fleet with detailed data that can be used to analyze your drivers behavior.
Reducing overtime pay leads to more profit for your company and less strain on an already tight budget.
EXPECTED BENEFITS
IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY
The GPS fleet tracking system places real-time vehicle location data at your finger tips. You will know where all
of your vehicles are at all times. This allows dispatch decisions to be made quickly and accurately ensuring the
right person is sent to each job.
Additionally you can monitor idle times to ensure your drivers are performing efficiently and minimizing down-
time between stops.
Speeding - Drivers can no longer speed without your knowledge. Speeding is a huge factor in accidents, and
gives your company a bad image on the road.
Unauthorized Usage - Since personal usage is easily stopped by monitoring Odd-hours Reports and Alerts, the
chance of an accident can go down.
Lost Drivers - You can direct drivers from their current location to the desired destination by utilizing GPS
mapping.
See your drivers’ locations at all times, updated on a map in real-time. You can landmark key customers,
vendors, or other important landmarks.
