EDIBLE BUBBLE FOR JUICE AND WATER PACKING

Plastic’s harmful effects :-

 Public consumption of plastic water bottles has continued to rise over the years .

 every minute about 20,000 plastic bottles are purchased .

 Plastic is non biodegradable and it does not decompose and remains on soil or inside soil for
many years that leads to land pollution .

 plastic is the most commonly found trash in the oceans and along coastline

 In 2018 a report claimed that plastic contribute green house gases equivalent to 850 million tons
of carbon di oxide which causes a lot of global warming and if we burn plastic it also release
many harmful gases such as dioxins, furans, etc.

 the use of chemical additives during plastic production causes many adverse effects to human
health .

 It is not compulsory that every plastic bottle can be recycled the plastic bottle which cannot be
recycled are dumped in dumping grounds

 Dumping grounds are situated outside the main cities which leads to many problems and that
problems are faced by people living in that area .

 Due to the pollution created by plastic many health and environmental issues are created which
are matter for concern
Edible water bubble .

Edible water bubble is made by the mixtures of two chemicals, calcium lactate. [C6H10CaO6]
and sodium alginate [NaC6H7O6]. In this the outer covering of bubble is made up of calcium
which is edible and decomposable and can be used instead of plastic and inside bubble is liquid
which is also edible

1. By the implementation of our project there will be a dramatical fall in carbon footprints .

2. Decrease in the use of harmful plastic will help human society to be healthy and stay fit.

3. By the means of our project we will setup many industries which will help to generate
employment in our country .

 Conclusion

So at the end we would like to conclude that materials required in making our edible
water bubble are cheaper than plastic. And it is believed that our edible water bubble
will replace plastic in future shortly . our edible water bubble consumes nine times
lesser energy as compared to plastic . other liquids which we use in our daily life can
be packed in the form of bubbles for eg. soft drinks, juices, etc.
