GROUP PROJECT ASSIGNMENT (30%)

Assignment: IHRM Implementation and Practices.

Process:

I. Groups with approximately five students per group will be formed, and each of the members
needs to identify and solve the problems based on Case 7 in the textbook. It based on the
discussion/agreement among team members.

II. Each group will assess IHRM activities extracted from this case and has to provide relevant
answers and citation related.

III. Identify and explain in detail all FIVE (5) IHRM QUESTIONS IN CASE 7. Another 5%
additional marks for rare or unique activity (define by me).

IV. Presentation – date – as discussed in the class (5%)

Each member needs to answer each question – maximum slide – 3 per student.

1V. The report must submit it through e-learning one week after the presentation (times new roman
12, single space).

You should include:

1) The Heading (UNISEL logo, Name of the Faculty, Topic of the assignment, Course name &
course code, Name of the group (Company) & its members, Name of the lecturer, Date of
submission & whatever relevant);
2) Page Contents.
3) Introduction & Abstract of the topic according to your understanding (5 marks);
4) Contents of the assignment (the body/answer of the assignment) (50 marks);
5) Summary of the assignment (20 marks); and
6) References (5 marks). For references, please include table of cases and books referred. For
your book references, it MUST have at least 5 books to be referred with including the
compulsory textbook that you referred in the lecture. Every fact that you provided in the
assignment MUST have the citations.
7) Teamwork – based on participations (any discussion should include with meeting minutes) -
15 marks
8) Not more than 20 pages including references.
