Periodical Examinations (Prelim,Midterm,Final)
Exams are 40% of periodic grade. These examinations may be taken by
the students only on the scheduled examination date and hour.
After the exam hours, a ceiling grade of 2.25 (84-86%) will
automatically apply.

● During Exam: No ceiling grade


● After exam, within 24 hours: A ceiling grade will apply
● After exam, beyond 24 hours: Remedial exam with ceiling grade
within 5 working days of the last periodic exam day
● Fail to take Remedial Exam: Auto grade 5.0
Deadlines for Classroom Activities

● MAJOR EXAMINATIONS: 24 hours

● QUIZZES: 48 hours

● CLASS OUTPUTS (Assignments, Activities, Drawing & CAD plates,

Technical Report, Research paper, etc): Min. 72 hours


Attendance in Class
As per Ched policy (Article XXI Student Discipline §101. Student
Absence), students who incurred more than 20% absences in class or
laboratory periods during the school term shall fail and earn no credit
for the subject.

● All students must have regular and punctual attendance.


● A student who leaves the google meet room and fails to return for
the rest of the period will be marked absent.
● Absent for more than 3 consecutive synchronous meeting shall be
reported to the Guidance Office for condition check.
