AFFIDAVIT OF APPREHENSION

I, PMSg Shieber Mae G Manzano, of legal age, married, PNP member designated
as Finance PNCO and presently assigned Trento, Municipal Police Station, Agusan del Sur,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with the law do hereby state as
follows:

1. That I am the same PMSg Shieber Mae G Manzano which voluntarily executed this
affidavit;

2. That on 3:40am of June 14, 2021, PNP Personnel of this station led by me responded
to a phone call received by this station requesting for assistance that certain SHINE AGUA
LAGRAMA, 31 years resident of Purok 3, Patin-ay, Prosperidad call for help due to stabbing
incident wherein her husband KENT ARREZA LAGRAMA, 32 years old is the victim of a crime.
The suspect JAMES ONDOY MANALOTO right after the incident is caught and arrested.
3. There and then, I apprehended him and was duly informed of his constitutional rights
as provided for by the constitution and brought to this station for proper disposition.
