[ Day 1] 5S-PRINCIPLE

 5S is the derived from the philosophy of kaizen

2. set in order
3. shine
4. standardize
5. sustain

1) Sort in the process of removing all the item


not needed for current production from the
works pace.
2) Set in order is the process of putting
everything in a place that is easy to get it.
3) Shine mean removing all the dirt and grime
and keeping the workplace clean on daily
basis.
4) Standardize creates a system of tasks and
procedure that will ensure the principle of 5s
are performed on a daily basis.
5) Sustain givens your staff the commitment
and motivation follow each step daily day in
and day out.

all pillar of the 5s system.
