Diagnostic tool:
 This instrument is known as fuel injection diagnostic tool of fi
diagnostic tool.
 It is used to diagnose electrical faults in fuel injection system.
Components:
 Digital display,
 Up button,
 Mode button,
 Down button,
 Power led,
 Wire bundle,
 Clips.
Radiator cap tester:
 This instrument is known as to radiator cap tester and used to
check the radiator cap function.
 It consists of a pressure gauge which is used to measure the air
pressure.
 Pressure valve which is used to control the pressure cap.
 Number of air hole also provided on this device.
 Plunger which is used to apply pressure.
 A radiator pressure cap also attached to the pressure gauge
through the tube.
 The components are known has radiator cap adapter.
 A component is used to attaché the radiator cap.
 It consists of a gauge dial head which from dial head.
Fuel pressure gauge:
 This instrument is known as fuel pressure gauge.
 It is used for measuring the pressure of fuel in motorcycle.
 It is also used in fuel injectors, petrol pumps etc.
 It consists of an indicator dial.
 The indicator dial has reading market on it.
 A needle is present to indicate the reading.
 A hose and a knob are present to connect.
 Remove the cap from the t-joint present between the fuel hose and
fuel pumps.
 Connect the knob of the fuel pressure gauge to the t-joint.
 Start the engine and measure the fuel pressure.
Steering nut wrench:
 This tool is known as the steering nut wrench.
 It is widely used in automobile industry for tightening or loosning
a nut or a bolt.
 Apply the steering nut wrench on the slotted nut and match it with
the thread of the slotted nut.
 Rotate the steering nut wrench in clockwise direction to tighten the
nut.
 To loosen the nut, rotate the steering nut wrench in anti-clockwise
direction.
T-Handle:
 This instrument is known as T-handle and is used to hold the outer
pipe of the front fork.
 It is mainly used for holding the outer pipes of the front fork
loosening and tightening the hex socket head bolt.
 A T-handle consists of a long metallic rod with a flat end.
 A grip handle is also attached to the metallic rod which helps in
holding and operating the tool.
 Insert the T-handle into the fork inner tube.
 Using the T shape Allen key tighten or loosen the Allen bolt
present at the opposite end.
TFF oil seal installation tool:
 It is used to install the oil seal in suspension assembly.
 Place the oil seal in the groove of the suspension outer tube.
 Place the TFF oil seal installation tool on top of the oil seal.
 Install the oil seal by manually adjust the TFF seal installs tool.
Mechanical seal or bearing installer:
 This instrument is known as mechanical seal or bearing installer.
 It is used to install the seal or bearing in engine or wheel of the two
wheel.
 A mechanical seal or bearing is consists of a driver, pilot, and
punch.
 Place the bearing on the wheel and then place the poilt with punch
set assembly.
 Strike the punch set assembly to install the wheel in the bearing.

Cocatile:
 This solution is known as located and is used to lock threads
between screw and holes.
 This adhesive is used to installing for screw.
 Clean the surface which is to be attached together.
 Once the surface is clean and removes the cap of the cocatile.
 Gently glide the tip of the bottle and apply the adhesive on the
desired surface.
 Bring the bolt which is to be attached closer to the one with
adhesive.
