All the Unit O cers & Regional Deputy Directors of this Department are informed
that the Government have lifted ban on transfers of employees in the GOs cited.

As such they are requested to follow the Transfers 2022 schedule for e ecting
transfers of the employees under their control as per the provisions laid down in the GOs
cited.

The schedule to CMOs/SMOs/MOs and Ministerial sta at Commissionerate is as

follows:
1 a. Displaying of clear vacancies of all cadres.
. b. Display of arising vacancies of all the
employees who have completed (05) years of 07/02/2022
service at a station as on 28/02/2022.

2 Submission of transfer applications by employees to 10/02/2022

transplantation can be transferred to
places where such facilities are
available. The medical condition should
be either self or spouse or dependent
children or dependent parents.
NOTE:
The above conditions should be
certified by a Govt. Doctor not below
the rank of Civil Surgeon irrespective of
whether that Doctor is treating the
person or not.

compassionate appointment (Death
Certificate to be enclosed)
g Husband and wife cases (only one of
the spouses shall be shifted following
the prescribed procedure). once the
facility is utilized, the next request can
be made only after 8 years.
NOTE:
Any deviation in this regard will be
viewed seriously and the Disc action
will be initiated as per CCA Rules.
