Abstract. The purpose of this research is to design and analyze fire fighting applications, to produce
information that is quickly obtained by the public. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative
research method. By using qualitative research, various data in qualitative techniques will provide an
interpretation of the data obtained. Meanwhile, the application development process uses a waterfall-
oriented approach. The results show that the development of a firefighting application can help the
community in dealing with emergencies effectively from a digital platform that can be accessed via
their respective smartphones. The main concept of this application is in the form of information about
the closest contact for the fire department and also about maps of the agency's location. In addition, this
application can also directly connect community contacts with firefighters through private chat, this is
done so that people can be on guard if office contacts cannot be contacted, this private chat can be
another alternative in contacting firefighters. In the end, this application exists to make it easier for local
people to contact the nearest agency so that it can be handled quickly in any disaster.

1.Introduction
Firefighters is an activity to forestall the spread and quench undesirable flames in structures, vehicles,
backwoods, etc [1]. The principal stage in a putting-out fires activity is the quest for the wellspring of
the fire and the distinguishing proof of dangerous hazards. One of the primary dangers experienced in
battling fires is the poisonous climate brought about by flammable materials. Officials who quench
fires are called firefighters. As per this arrangement, this fiasco is extremely hazardous and speed is
required in dealing with it, consequently, a data framework to foster putting out fires application
innovation is the fundamental method to defeat this case.[2] While dealing with fire ground, firemen
hazard their prosperity in a state where any occurrence may cause wounds, yet additionally casualty.
They might be weakened by unpredicted falls because of floor breaks, openings, structure
disappointment, gas blast, openness to poisonous gases, or being stuck in a restricted way, etc.[3]. So,
therefore Firefighters should deal with rooftops, in smoky spots, and on dangerous surfaces, while
utilizing fire-defensive dress and an independent breathing device (SCBA), together named "fire-
defensive hardware" (FPE)[4].
An investigation of data by O'Brien. In the investigation, it was expressed that a data frame
is a mix of data innovation and the exercises of individuals who utilize that innovation to help tasks. In
this sense, the term is utilized to allude not exclusively to the association's utilization of data and
correspondence innovations (ICTs), yet in addition to the manners by which individuals interface with
these advances on the side of business processes.[5] Data frameworks vary from data innovation in
that data frameworks, as a rule, seem to have an ICT segment. This is fundamentally identified with
the motivation behind utilizing data innovation. The data framework is likewise not quite the same as
the business interaction. Data frameworks help to control the exhibition of business measures [6]. This
is by Change's assessment for data frameworks as a unique kind of work framework. A working
framework is a framework wherein people, as well as machines, perform work utilizing assets to
deliver certain items or administrations for clients. A data framework is a working framework whose
exercises are expected for preparing (catching, communicating, putting away, recovering, controlling,
and showing) data [7].
The purpose of this research is to design and analyze fire fighting applications to plan and
investigate putting out fires applications, to deliver data that is immediately gotten by the general
population. The examination technique utilized is a graphic subjective exploration strategy. By
utilizing a qualitative examination, different information in strategies will give an of the information
acquired.

2.Method
The examination strategy utilized in this investigation is an investigation utilizing a qualitative
way to deal with pass on the exploration plan. To make a waterfall that fits the current issues and can
tackle these issues, the creators utilize the cascade strategy in building an application. The phases of
the model Cascade in Data waterfall are information investigation, needs examination, and framework
investigation. Since the graphical portrayal of the means and successions of systems of a program [8]
The steps in the design process using the waterfall method are as follows:
1. Investigation
At this stage an investigation of existing issues is completed dependent on a few classifications of
examination, to be specific:

a. Information investigation
Information investigation is the way toward getting sorted out information, arranging
information into examples, classes, and fundamental units of depiction. Information investigation
intends to have the option to discover a topic and after that, a functioning theory can be formed as
it depends on the information.

b. Needs Investigation
Needs investigation is separated into two kinds of examination, to be specific utilitarian
examination and non-practical examination. In the useful examination, which clarifies what
investigation will be prepared. While the non-useful investigation is to discover what necessities
are required in making an application as far as programming and equipment.

c. System Analysis
System Analysis portrays the application creation framework and gives different data from the
application that is fabricated. The flowchart system development method is shown in Figure 1.

the program process [9].
3. Result and Discussion
3.1 Identifying Requirements
The firefighting application is intended for crisis applications to help networks in managing
debacles like fires. Basic exploration was completed to plan what includes the local area required for
this crisis application with the goal that the local area would benefit from outside intervention by this
application. This firefighting application is outfitted with announcing highlights with dashboard menus
Profile, Home, Vision and Mission, and Picture Information. The menu contains a clarification of all
protests sent by the general population to the local group of firefighters. Accordingly, checking of fire
cases can be known rapidly from this application. The structure of the firefighting application log-in
menu is shown in figure 2.
Figure 2. shows the start page of the application before the user enters the main page
Figure 2. The image above shows the initial view before the user enters the application, the user must
log in with their respective username and password.
3.2 Developing the initial flowcharts
In the early stages of making flowcharts, we designed the main application page with the main menu
of complaints, namely Profile, Home, Vision and Mission, and Image Input. The menu contains an
explanation of all complaints sent by the public to the fire department. (See Figure 3).

Figure 3. On this main page, 4 main menus of the complaint application design will be displayed,
namely Profile, Home, Vision and Mission, and Image Input. The menu contains an explanation of all
complaints sent by the public to the fire department. The fire fighting application guestbook page is
shown in Figure 4.
Figure 4. Guestbook Page
Figure 4. shows the guest book display, where if there are people who want to complain to the fire
department, they must first fill out the guest book. The complaint data page will be displayed in Figure
5.

Figure 5. After filling in the guest book shown in Figure 4. This page displays data on public
complaints by filling in the date, name, email/telephone number, address, message, and action after
that it is saved.

3.3 Testing the application

After the application has been successfully created, as the final stage of testing the application by
running the application on a cell phone, it can be seen in Figure 6.
Figure 6. User complaint report page to a fire department
Figure 6. After the complaint data is filled in and stored in the system, the data is matched again and
entered in the complaint report menu by filling in the name, email/phone number, address, message,
and the data will be saved and printed.
The firefighting application is intended for crisis applications to help networks in managing calamities
like fires. Basic exploration was done to plan what includes the local area required for this crisis
application so the local area would benefit from outside intervention by this application. This
firefighting application is outfitted with detailing highlights with dashboard menus Profile, Home,
Vision and Mission, and Picture Info. The menu contains a clarification of all objections sent by
people in general to the local group of firefighters. Subsequently, checking of fire cases can be known
rapidly from this application.
4 Conclusion
This application is intended to design and analyze firefighting applications. The main idea of this
application is as data about the closest contact to contact the fire department or office area. In addition,
this application can also directly connect contacts with firefighters via private messages (Private chat).
This is done so that if the workplace cannot be reached, this private conversation can be the method of
choice for contacting the local fire department. In the end, this application can make it easier for the
general public to contact the nearest office so that fires can be handled quickly.
