1. Membuat dan menyusun jadwal maintenance fixed plant
(crushing plant, washing plant, filter press plant, barge
loading dan unit alat berat/A2B)

2. Mengelola, perawatan maintenace dan KPI (MA, UA,

MTTR, MTBF)

3. Memastikan seluruh kebutuhan dan ketersedian spare

part (sampai dengan tersedia di Site)
4. Memastikan seluruh pekerjaan telah memiliki dokumen
keamanan kerja (INK, JSEA, SOP) dan telah sesuai dengan
SOP
5. Membuat laporan maintenance (weekly, monthly &
yearly)
6. Mengelola dan mengontrol budget maintenance (by
SAP) dan membuat laporan penggunaan biaya perawatan
setiap bulan ke Finance
7. Menyusun implementasi sistem manajemen
keselamatan pertambangan di Departemen CPP
8. Memastikan keberadaan (keamanan) Sumber radioaktif
yang terinstall di washing plant tetap aman (tidak
berpindah tangan/dicuri) dan melaporkan setiap bulan ke
KTT)
